On March 29, 2021, Coastal GasLink was advised by the BC Ministry of Health and Northern Health Authority to pause all COVID-19 vaccination programs on industrial projects in the region, effective immediately. Dr. Bonnie Henry and the BC Ministry of Health are reassessing the AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD immunization program plans across the province with further guidance expected by Wednesday, March 31.
